Serabi sometimes called srabi or surabi is one of the snack from Indonesia. Serabi similar to

pancake (pannekoek or pannenkoek) but is made from rice flour (not flour) and given a sweet gravy (usually of Palm sugar).

The famous area for serabi is Jakarta, Bandung, Solo, Pekalongan, and Purwokerto that every area has uniqueness. The main ingredients to make serabi is rice flour and coconut milk. The taste of serabi is sweet or salty.
